Fixed Income

Klarion Finance provides fixed income backed by digital assets and disciplined credit selection

Finance offers fixed income solutions through a structure that combines private credit exposure with an asset-backed crypto treasury. We achieve a yield of 7.38% per year, available in USD, EUR and GBP.

How we generate yield

We hold a crypto treasury that is fully asset-backed and managed under defined risk limits. Through vetted, trusted partners, we deploy part of it in a controlled, collateralized way. We apply conservative loan-to-value thresholds, counterparty due diligence and ongoing monitoring. Income from these activities funds the target yield. Investors choose their currency, and we aim to hedge currency exposure.

Private credit and sourcing

We invest across corporate, real asset and structured credit markets. We source deals through direct relationships and intermediaries. We apply thorough underwriting and relative value analysis to build diversified portfolios across sectors and geographies.

Corporate credit

Directly originated and intermediated private corporate debt. We focus on relative value, disciplined underwriting, structuring and diversification.

Real assets and infrastructure

Private investments in essential infrastructure assets. We use global sourcing and rigorous underwriting to aim for durable income, diversification and structural protection.

Asset-backed finance

Investments across diverse collateral types, with structural protections, relative value and consistent income generation.

Important: The 7.38% has been reached for 2 consecutive years. Returns depend on partner performance, digital asset prices, leverage, counterparty risk and currency movements. Capital is at risk.

Forex Trading

What is risk in trading?

In trading, risk is the possibility that your return on a trade may be lower than you expected. This could mean closing a position below your profit target, or it could mean losing some or all of the capital you committed to the trade.

No trader gets every decision right. That's why a clear risk-management plan is essential, especially when using leverage, which amplifies both gains and losses.

There are three main types of risk to be aware of.

1. Market risk

Market risk is the possibility that your trades will earn less than expected due to adverse movements in market prices. It's the most common type of risk, and the one most traders work hardest to manage.

A key step in controlling market risk is understanding the factors that drive prices in the assets you trade. If you're trading stocks, for example, it helps to know how interest rates, currency movements and broader economic conditions can affect the companies you're investing in.

Some of these factors are obvious. Others are less so. Even if you feel confident in your chosen market, it's still worth using stop losses and take profits to manage your exposure.

2. Liquidity risk

Liquidity risk arises when you can't exit a trade as quickly as you'd like. This can reduce your profit or turn a position into a loss.

For example, say you hold shares in a relatively unknown company. The trade isn't performing as expected, so you want to exit. But there aren't enough buyers willing to take your shares at a fair price. You may have to sell at a loss just to get out of the position.

Liquidity risk can be lower when trading certain instruments, such as CFDs or forex, where you don't own the underlying asset directly and don't need to find a counterparty for each position. It's still worth understanding how liquidity works in the specific market you're trading.

3. Systemic risk

Systemic risk is the chance that a problem in the wider financial system will affect your positions.

A classic example is a global market crash, where stocks and indices around the world fall together and the impact spreads to other asset classes. Unlike market risk, which affects individual trades, systemic risk is broad and widespread.

Systemic risk is hard to eliminate, but diversification is a common way to reduce its impact. Spreading your trades across multiple asset classes and economies can help protect you if a broad downturn hits. You'll still need to research each market properly.

Developing a risk-management plan

The key to managing each type of risk is a clear plan. A solid plan covers your exit strategy, position sizing and how you select opportunities.

Exit strategy

Before entering any position, know your "point of pain": the maximum loss you're willing, and able, to take on a single trade. Consistently letting losing trades run past this point is a recipe for failure.

Decide your maximum loss per trade and stick to it. A common mistake is holding onto losing trades in the hope they'll turn around. A good plan helps you avoid this.

Consider setting stop losses on all your trades.

Position sizing

Another habit of experienced traders is position sizing, deciding how much capital to allocate to each trade before you enter.

Before your first live trade, determine a position size that fits your account. This helps you control and quantify risk. A $10,000 account will use different position sizes than a $1,000,000 account, but paying attention to sizing helps avoid large losses at any account level.

Finding trades

Rather than rushing into new positions, weigh each opportunity carefully.

Build a detailed trading plan as part of your preparation, and stick to it. Avoid entering trades randomly or based on emotion, whether that's excitement, greed or fear.

A market moving quickly in one direction isn't, on its own, a rational reason to enter a trade.

Five key things to remember

  • Trade with the prevailing trend. Consider taking the path of least resistance and going with the current market direction.
  • Establish a detailed strategy for entering and exiting trades. A clear strategy defines your parameters, so there's no ambiguity.
  • Watch your downside risk and act decisively. Be disciplined enough to preserve your account so you can keep trading.
  • Trade with reason, not emotion. Emotions like excitement, greed and fear don't always lead to good trading decisions.
  • Avoid trading right around scheduled news events. Markets can become more volatile around news, with prices moving sharply in short periods.

Copy Trading

What is copy trading?

Copy trading lets you automatically follow the trades of another trader in your own Klarion Finance account. When that trader opens or closes a position, your account does the same, in proportion to the funds you've allocated.

You choose who to follow, set how much capital to allocate, and the system handles the rest in real time. You always keep ownership of your funds and can stop copying at any time.

How it works

  1. Choose a trader to follow. Browse available traders and review their track record, trading style and risk profile.
  2. Set your allocation. Decide how much of your capital you want to put into copying that trader.
  3. Let the system execute. When the trader you follow opens or closes a trade, your account mirrors it automatically.
  4. Stay in control. You can pause, adjust or stop copying at any time.

Copy trading is a form of social trading. Depending on the setup, it can be fully automatic or partly manual, where you confirm trades before they execute.

Key risks to understand

Copy trading can simplify trading, but it doesn't remove risk. Here's what to keep in mind.

  • You inherit their losses. The trader you follow makes the decisions, and their mistakes affect your account too. Even experienced traders have losing periods.
  • Execution differences. Small delays between the lead trader's trade and yours can mean slightly different entry or exit prices, especially in fast-moving markets. Fees and slippage can also reduce your returns.
  • Strategy changes. A trader can adjust their approach, use more leverage or switch instruments after you start following them. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
  • Platform risk. Technical issues or outages can affect trade execution or leave positions unmanaged.
  • Leverage amplifies losses. Many copy trading services use leveraged products like CFDs, which can magnify both gains and losses.

Things to remember

  • Review the trader's full track record, not just recent wins.
  • Understand their risk profile before allocating capital.
  • Set stop losses and position limits to protect your account.
  • Diversify by following more than one trader or strategy, rather than putting everything into one.
  • Monitor your account regularly, even if trades execute automatically.

Copy trading is a tool, not a guarantee. Your capital is at risk, and returns depend on the performance of the trader you follow.

Klarion Bonds

Explore four thematic investment series and the proposed rationale behind each selection.

Klarion Energy Bond — Series 2

This series provides exposure to a selection of renewable-energy funds and businesses across solar, wind and related areas of the energy transition.

Reported year-to-date total return (supplied figure): +9%

Potential benefits and proposed selection rationale

The proposed rationale is to participate in the continued development of renewable-energy infrastructure through exposure to several funds and businesses, rather than relying on a single company or technology.

The listed holdings include NextEnergy Solar Fund, Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust, The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG), Bluefield Solar Income Fund and Greencoat UK Wind, among others. Whether income from these investments is passed on to bondholders depends on the applicable bond terms.

As sector context, the IEA estimates that global energy investment will reach USD 3.4 trillion in 2026, with around USD 2.2 trillion collectively directed to renewables, nuclear, grids, storage, low-emissions fuels, efficiency and electrification. Read the IEA outlook.

Klarion Stock — Series 3

This series brings together a selected basket of companies, including NVIDIA, SanDisk, Lumentum, Bloom Energy, Moderna, AMD and Micron.

Reported year-to-date total return (supplied figure): +227.08%

Potential benefits and proposed selection rationale

The proposed rationale is to provide exposure to businesses across areas such as semiconductors, digital infrastructure, energy and healthcare through one selected basket. This may reduce reliance on any one company, while the investment remains exposed to equity-market movements and sector concentration.

Klarion Crypto Bond — Series 4

This series brings together exposure to a basket of digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Stellar, Tether and Hyperliquid.

Reported year-to-date total return (supplied figure): +15.16%

Potential benefits and proposed selection rationale

The proposed rationale is to access a selection of digital assets through one product, rather than selecting and managing each position separately. The basket is intended to avoid reliance on a single digital asset. Digital assets can be highly volatile, and their value may fall significantly.

Klarion Data Bond — Series 4

This series groups the listed holdings Nebius, CoreWeave, Vertiv, Iron Mountain and Equinix within a dedicated data-infrastructure theme.

Reported year-to-date total return (supplied figure): +28.51%

Potential benefits and proposed selection rationale

The proposed rationale is to offer targeted exposure to infrastructure supporting an increasingly digital economy through a selected basket of holdings, rather than a single company.

The IEA identifies expanding data-centre capacity as a driver of electricity-demand growth. This provides context for the theme, not evidence of this bond’s performance or future returns. Read the IEA electricity outlook.

Multi-Asset Performance

Renewable energy holdings

Available price data gives a provisional +9.00% average price gain for eight of the nine listed investments from 31 December 2025 to 23 October 2026. This calculation provisionally identifies “Foresight” as Foresight Solar Fund (FSFL.L) and excludes Bluefield Solar.

Provisional average of available share-price changes: +9.00%

This is the arithmetic average of the eight available local-currency price returns, not a consolidated portfolio return. It excludes Bluefield Solar, dividends, fees, currency movements and any Klarion bond terms.

Equal-weight basket———+227.08%

A hypothetical $10,000 investment split equally across these seven stocks would have grown to approximately $32,708, a gain of $22,708, based on the supplied prices.

This is a hypothetical USD price return, excluding dividends, fees, taxes and currency conversion. Different weights or purchase dates would produce a different result. It is not Klarion Stock Bond’s actual performance. The unusually large reported gains should be checked against an independent price source before client use.

Digital-asset basket

The seven listed crypto assets show an estimated equal-weight USD price return of approximately +15.16% from 31 December 2025 to 25 October 2026, assuming equal initial allocations and no rebalancing.

A hypothetical $10,000 investment split equally across these seven assets would be worth approximately $11,516, a gain of $1,516.

In this calculation, Hyperliquid’s reported gain more than offsets the declines in the five other non-stablecoin assets.

This is a price-only basket return. It excludes staking rewards, lending income, other distributions, fees, taxes, leverage and currency conversion. It is not the actual return of Klarion Crypto Bond; calculating that would require its allocations, transactions, costs and payment terms. Rounding particularly affects Stellar and Tether.

Data-infrastructure basket

The five listed stocks show an equal-weight USD share-price return of +28.51% from 31 December 2025 to 23 October 2026. The calculation assumes a 20% initial allocation to each holding and no rebalancing.
